Delicious bagels but don't go here in a hurry unless you hit it up in the off hours. Fairly clean and quiet. Staff are pleasant but not in a rush. You need to specify if you want the bagels sliced and this will add to wait time considerably. Some bagels may be unavailable post-rush. Some of their pastries are also delicious but I wasn't impressed by the hash brown cup thing.

Typical bagel and coffee shop plus more. Fairly good bagels. Good variety. Good coffee. Very friendly and helpful staff. Ok prices. Only open until early afternoon and run out of popular bagels.

DOES NOT DESERVE 1 STAR. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME IN A ROW, WHERE I DISCUSS MY CONCERNS, AND THEY STILL CANNOT GET IT RIGHT. ASK FOR A EVERYTHING BAGEL TOASTED WITH HEAVY JALAPENO SPREAD. SHE SAYS NO PROBLEM, WILL MAKE SURE THAT HAPPENS. GET THE BAGEL GO OUTSIDE AND OPEN IT. A THIN LAYER OF CREAM CHEESE, AND THE BAGEL IS NOT TOASTED. WENT BACK IN, SHE SAYS SHE IS LIMITED TO HOW MUCH TO PUT ON A BAGEL. SO NOW I AM REALLY CONFUSED; WHICH IS IT...I WILL MAKE SURE IT IS A HEAVY SPREAD OR TUFF LUCK, YOU GET WHAT I GIVE YOU. SO AGAIN THIS IS THE THIRD INCIDENT...OTHER TWO TIMES, THIN SPREAD AND ACTUALLY NO SPREAD AT ALL... AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS...

The service was super slow, they got my order wrong because I ordered a plain bagel with egg and the eggs were fried with pepper. The second bagel had strawberry cream cheese and I just wanted strawberry jam. The place wasn't that clean and too small. We'll NEVER go back there!!!
